Position: Pharmacist
Location: Cornwall, Ontario

Contract Period: April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027
Salary: $45–$58 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including patient counseling on medications, medical devices, and supplies.

• Partner with healthcare professionals to monitor drug effectiveness, usage, and potential side effects.

• Offer guidance on common medical conditions, such as diabetes, asthma, smoking cessation, and high blood pressure.

• Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism.

• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient and accurate pharmacy operations.

• Provide services under the expanded scope of practice as required.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Pharmacy and a current license in Ontario, in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists.

• Minimum of one year of full-time pharmacist experience in Ontario preferred.

• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset.

• Experience in geriatrics or nursing home settings is advantageous.

• Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care and collaborative teamwork.

• Ability to work efficiently with a high level of accuracy.
